Plain language. What I collect, who processes it, and the terms every project runs under.
What this site collects
Contact form. When you submit the form on this site, your name, email address, selected project type and message are sent to me through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. FormSubmit processes that submission in order to email it to me and does not use it for marketing. Your details are then held in my email account so I can reply and, if we work together, deliver the project.
Analytics. This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and collects anonymised, aggregate information such as which pages are viewed and the visitor's approximate country. It does not set cookies, does not build an individual profile, and does not receive your name, email address or the contents of any message you send me. Custom interaction events on this site are deliberately limited to anonymous actions — never names, emails, briefs or any other personal data.
What I do not do. I do not sell, rent or share your details with marketers. I do not run advertising trackers, and I do not add you to a mailing list.
Your rights
Use the contact form or WhatsApp to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. I will action a deletion request unless I am required to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.
Project terms
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written scope sheet: what is included, what is not, the number of concepts and revision rounds, the delivery date, and the total price. The price you approve is the price you pay. Anything added later is quoted separately before it is made.
Payment
50% deposit to book, 50% on approval. The deposit is non-refundable because it reserves production time. International clients are quoted in USD and pay by Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer. Clients in Pakistan may be quoted in PKR and pay by Bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated in the scope sheet. If a direction misses the brief as written, it is reworked. Work that changes the brief is quoted as an addition before it starts.
Ownership
On final payment, full ownership of the delivered artwork transfers to you, including source files where the package includes them. Until final payment, all work remains the property of Nabeel Ali Design.
Portfolio and concept work
The 98 pieces in the work archive are concept studies using representative brand names. They are not commissioned client work, and no commercial outcomes are claimed for them.
Refunds and liability
Because the deposit reserves time, it is non-refundable once work has begun. If I cannot complete a project, any unused portion of the balance is refunded. My total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nothing here is legal advice; if you need a contract reviewed for your own jurisdiction, have your counsel look at it.
