Privacy & Terms

Plain English, no legalese walls. This page covers how your information is handled and the terms behind every project.

Privacy Policy

What is collected, and why

The only personal information collected is what you send on purpose:

What is not collected

A geo hint on the pricing section simply reads your device's time zone in your own browser to show PKR vs USD guidance. It never leaves your device.

Standard hosting infrastructure (Vercel) processes minimal technical logs (e.g. IP address, request time) for security and delivery — see Vercel's privacy policy.

Third-party processing

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, which forwards your submission to the studio inbox. Your name, email and message are processed by FormSubmit solely to deliver that email. WhatsApp messages are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Sharing, retention and your rights

Services are offered to businesses; no information is knowingly collected from anyone under 16.

Terms of Service

Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written scope sheet: exact deliverables, timeline and a fixed price. "From" prices on this site are starting points — the quote you approve in writing is the price you pay. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins; there are never surprise extras at delivery.

Payments

Revisions

Each package states its revision rounds. A revision refines the agreed direction; a brand-new direction after concepts are approved is treated as a new scope item — always with your sign-off first, never billed silently.

Ownership and portfolio rights

On final payment, you own everything delivered — masters, source files and full usage rights. The studio retains the right to display delivered work in its own portfolio and case studies unless you ask otherwise in writing before handover (NDA work is always honoured).

Timelines

Typical delivery is 2–3 weeks brief-to-handover, per the written scope. Timelines assume feedback within 3 business days at each review point; the calendar shifts by the same amount if feedback is delayed.

Liability

The studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability under any project is capped at the fees paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with Karachi as the place of jurisdiction — applied in the spirit of fairness this studio runs on.
